  • My order arrived damaged, what now?
    All orders sent from Transferwinkel.nl are carefully checked and packed. In the unlikely event that a production error has occurred that was not discovered during packing, Transferwinkel.nl will deliver new transfers as soon as possible. In the event of transport damage, take a clear photo of the damage to packaging and product, and email this with a short description to info@transferwinkel.nl and we will ensure that we resolve the damage as soon as possible.

  • Do I have a warranty?
    The transfers that transferwinkel.nl supplies come with a one-year warranty if it turns out that the transfer cannot be used due to a production error.

  • How often can garments with transfers be washed?
    Transfers from Transferwinkel.nl are strong and durable. The number of washes depends a lot on how you wash it and what is added in the washing machine. Wash the printed garments inside out at 40 degrees and do not add excessive detergent. This way the print will survive the garment.

  • Can a transfer be applied with an iron?
    No, if you have an iron that reaches the right temperature, you cannot apply enough pressure for a good bond. A transfer can only be applied with a transfer press.
